Shine Pathway Leadership Coaching is run by Pol Klein. This page explains what this website collects and what happens to it.

What I collect

• If you send a message, I receive what you enter: your name, your email, your phone number if you add it, and your message.
• If you book a call, Calendly, the booking service, collects your name, your email and the time you choose.
• This site doesn’t use advertising trackers. Its fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

How I use it

Only to reply to you, to arrange and provide coaching, and to send invoices. I don’t sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who else handles it

The services that make this site work: Web3Forms, which delivers messages from the form; Calendly, for bookings; and my email provider. They handle your information only to provide those services.

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching stays between us. If your company pays, it receives invoices that say “Leadership coaching.”

How long I keep it

Only as long as I need it to work with you, and to meet tax and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email guide@polklein.com.
