Every session is 45 minutes by video, with an optional short written summary afterwards. Packages cost less per session.

We usually meet once a week. We can also meet more or less often to fit your pace and your schedule.
Sliding scale. If the full price is a barrier, I offer a sliding scale based on need, especially for entrepreneurs and early-stage founders. Just ask on your 15-minute call, or send a message.

Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching: practical, forward-looking and trauma-informed. If therapy would serve you better, I’ll tell you, and help you find it.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. Many leaders are diagnosed later in life, and some are self-identified. If you were diagnosed with Asperger’s, this coaching is for you too.
Is it for ADHD as well as autism?
Yes. I coach autistic, ADHD and AuDHD leaders.
Do you work with founders and business owners?
Yes. I’ve spent years guiding businesses and entrepreneurs, from a telecom software startup that reached an all-cash buyout to an entrepreneurship program in four countries. We can work on the business itself, such as strategy, growth and partnerships, as well as how you lead it.
Will my employer know?
Only if you tell them. Sessions are confidential, and invoices say “Leadership coaching.”

You can send a message instead of booking a call, and cameras are optional in every session.
How many sessions should I start with?
I suggest 5. That’s enough to build Your Pathway Map and work through a few real situations. You can continue from there.
What if I need to reschedule?
Tell me at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll move the session at no cost.
